Interval Title Services, Inc. is a Florida licensed, attorney-owned Title Insurance Agency providing title insurance, escrow and numerous other services to the Timeshare and Vacation Industry for more than twenty years.

President H. James Stadelman, as majority owner, has been with Interval Title Services, Inc. since 1997. Jim has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1967 and has an extensive real estate background gained while serving as Associate General Counsel to Howard Johnson Company, while proprietor of his private transactional law practice in Ft. Lauderdale, while serving as Senior Attorney for the FDIC (Asset Disposition Division) and while practicing at Baker & Hostetler's Orlando office prior to his current employment. Jim has written several real estate articles for the Greater Orlando Association of Realtors and contributed previously to the Funds Real Property CLE publications.

Founder Max Morris (1983), a retired lead attorney of Baker & Hostetler's Timeshare group and former board member of A.R.D.A., founded Interval Title Services, Inc. to furnish title & escrow services to Florida timeshare resorts and ITS has provided such support to over twenty timeshares and vacation resorts. Before "retiring" to his second career, Max practiced law for 30 years, primarily in Timeshare & Real Estate, and now runs Max Morris & Associates, Inc. a strategic planning and consulting firm serving the timeshare industry.

The staff of ITS is experienced in general real estate and timeshare title insurance, escrow services, paralegal work in litigation, probate, transactional and timeshare law, federal, state and local government agencies, resort property management, publication, information technology, tourism and convention services. This experience stems from various staff member's previous employment and experience working with such organizations as the Resolution Trust Corporation, Florida Department of Revenue, Local Property Appraiser, Tax Collector, Clerks, and Land Records Offices. As well as for such companies and institutions as Wyndham Resorts, Orange County Convention Center, Orlando/Orange County Convention & Visitors Bureau, local law firms, and other title agencies.
